The Darth Malora lightsaber is a single-bladed red lightsaber wielded by Darth Malora. Darth Malora is an Old Republic era human female Sith Lord that serves the Resurgent Sith Empire. Originally the apprentice of Lord Renning, she ascends to the rank of Dark Lord of the Sith eventually serves on the Dark Council.

Darth Malora Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
The Darth Malora lightsaber is a red-bladed Sith lightsaber. The lightsaber hilt is mostly metallic silver in color. A series of fin-like claws encircle the emitter section. A tooth or tooth-like piece caps off the end of the lightsaber.
In her early years on the Sith homeworld, Korriban, Marlora serves as the Sith Apprentice of Lord Renning. The Dark Council provides Lord Renning many resources to advance Sith knowledge of the Force. Malora comes to believe that Renning’s experiments are a waste of time and resources. She tries to sabotage his research, but two Sith acolytes tip off Renning in advance. Furious, he unleashes Force lightning upon her. He dismisses her from her apprenticeship with him. Renning ultimately dies during the Korriban Incursion, a battle during the Galactic War.
Malora eventually ascends to the rank of Dark Lord of the Sith, taking on title Darth. Darth Malora develops expertise as a scientist and is selected to join the Dark Council. She initially commands Imperial forces against the Republic, Jedi Order, and Eternal Alliance during the Battle of Ossus. When Darth Malgus unexpectly arrives on the planet, he takes command of Imperial forces.
Darth Malora attempts to attack Malgus, but fails. Following the botched attack, she is removed from the Dark Council. The Dark Council appoints Darth Savik in her place.
Behind the Scenes
Malora first appears in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic (2011). A red-bladed Sith lightsaber, the Darth Malora lightsaber appears in the game trailer entitled “Jedi Under Siege” (2018).
The Darth Malora lightsaber is one of the few lightsabers with a tooth (or tooth-like) piece attached to the end. The Darth Baras lightsaber and the Tenal Ka Djo lightsaber feature a similar tooth-like piece on the end. Additionally, the real life Savi’s Workshop Elemental Nature lightsaber theme offers a tooth-like piece as one of the two endcap options.
