The Tethan Props Glamdring Lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber, a mashup lightsaber, is inspired by the design of Glamdring, the sword of Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings. The painted, 3D printed resin lightsaber is configured as a stunt saber without sound. The lightsaber is a display prop and is not intended for dueling.

The Tethan Props Glamdring lightsaber hilt, comprised of 3D printed resin, accepts a 1 inch diameter blade. The hilt is painted a pewter/tarnished metallic silver color with a blue grip section. Since the hilt is made from a resin, which is a bit heavier than some other plastics, the hilt has a more substantial feel than some other 3D printed hilts.
Gandalf’s lightsaber, a stunt saber (no sound), is equipped with a 200 lumen LED. The lightsaber features 3 light modes: standard, low and strobe. The activation switch is slightly recessed in the hilt. The USB recharge is situated in the handle. Tethan Props Glamdring lightsaber includes: the hilt itself, a blade plug, and a USB cable (for charging the saber). A blade is available as an upgrade.
Additional custom paint and other modifications are available as well.
