Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge lightsaber blades are technologically capable of illuminating in 6 colors: red, blue, green, purple, white, or yellow. When wielder attaches the blade to a legacy lightsaber hilt, however, most legacy lightsabers emit a fixed blade color. In other words, the blade color is pre-programmed into the lightsaber hilt and cannot be changed. The fixed blade color will match the character’s lightsaber blade color as it is portrayed in Star Wars movies, television series, comic books, etc. For example, the Darth Maul legacy lightsaber emits a red blade, the Mace Windu legacy lightsaber emits a purple blade, and the Jedi Temple Guard legacy lightsaber emits a yellow blade, etc.

The 2020 Ahsoka Tano legacy lightsaber set (Clone Wars) are the first ever Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge legacy lightsabers capable of changing blade colors. The Ahsoka Tano legacy lightsabers (Clone Wars) may emit either a green blade or a blue blade. In Star Wars Canon, the Clone Wars era Ahsoka Tan lightsabers initially emit green blades and later emit blue blades. All of the other current legacy lightsaber only emit one fixed blade color.
