The Inspira Designs custom Full Size LEGO lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber, which is comprised of a real metal hilt, is inspired by the design of the tiny, dumbbell-shaped LEGO lightsaber. The Inspira Designs lightsaber, which is capable of accepting an electronics installation, is a limited run of 50 hilts.

Each custom LEGO style hilt kit includes: the hilt, a custom blade plug (inspired by the design of a LEGO stud), switch plungers, and the required blade, pommel, and chassis retention screws. The hilt comes in aluminum or in brass. A saberstaff version of the hilt may be possible, but Inspira Designs says that the standard single-hilt is the primary focus of the run.
