The Jedi Master dies on a mission prior to the First Battle of Geonosis.

Yarael Poof Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
According to Star Wars Legends, the Yarael Poof lightsaber is depicted as a long-handled lightsaber. The lightsaber is initially depicted emitting a yellow blade and later the lightsaber is depicted emitting a blue or sapphire blade.
Although Yarael Poof prefers negotiation and peaceful outcomes to fighting, the Jedi Master is an extremely skill lightsaber duelist who is proficient in all 7 forms of lightsaber combat. The Quermian exhibits particular proficiency and mastery of Forms II (Makashi), IV (Ataru), IV (Niman).
The Yarael Poof lightsaber first appeared in Star Wars Legends in the comic book Star Wars Tales #5 story Yaddle’s Tale: The One Below (2000). The yellow-bladed Yarael Poof lightsaber appeared in the comic book Jedi Council: Acts of Wars #2 (2000). Later, the Yarael Poof lightsaber appears with a blue blade in the comic book Star Wars: Zam Wesell (2002).

No officially licensed Yarael Poof lightsaber toys or prop replicas currently exist. Some custom saber makers have created Yarael Poof inspired custom sabers, mostly as one-off designs.
Hasbro released a 3.75 in Yarael Poof (Jedi High Council) action figure with a blue lightsaber accessory in 2006. Hasbro had previously released a 3.75 in Yarael Poof action figure as part of a Jedi Council 3-Pack in 2003, but the figure lacked a lightsaber as an accessory.
