Blue Force Sabers [AFFILIATE LINK], a United States based custom saber maker, has been selling custom lightsabers and accessories on Etsy since 2017. Many of his lightsabers are superhero mashup lightsabers (inspired by Superman, Batman, Thanos, etc) and are made using a steel core with added 3D printed parts. Most of his sabers are intended for light dueling or cosplay purposes only.

In addition to selling unique, superhero inspired lightsabers, Blue Force Sabers sells lightsaber blade plugs as well. The blade plug designs have a flat, tarnished silver appearance and feature a central cutout animal or design shape. The blade plugs are about 1 inch in diameter and 1.5 inches long. Current blade plug designs include: Death Star, Flame, Spartan, Wolf, Sun, Dragon and Serpent.
Blue Force Sabers also sells a less commonly available lightsaber accessory: a decorative tsuba (i.e. a katana style handguard). The tsuba, which is 3D printed with PLA filament, slides over any standard 1 inch diameter cylindrical lightsaber blade and attaches to the blade with a small retention screw. The tsuba is decorative only and not designed for dueling. Current saber tsuba designs include: Galactic Empire, Dragon, Cross, Rebel and two additional unnamed designs.
Blue Force Sabers also designs lightsaber sound fonts. He demos the sound fonts on the Blue Force Sabers YouTube channel.
