The Sabermach Makaze lightsaber is comprised of a machined aluminum alloy hilt. The hilt is available with a tsuba (handguard) or without a tsuba. The tsuba diameter is 50mm (2 inches). The standard finish is two-toned silver with anodized black accents. Custom powder coated colors are available as an upgrade. The black leather wrapped grip section is an upgrade feature as well. Sabermach includes a free saber sheath for carrying the lightsaber. Those who purchase two Makaze hilts at the same time receive a free coupler to form the hilts into a saberstaff.
The hilt measures 264 mm (10.39 inches) long and accepts a 7/8 inch diameter blade. The saber includes a 30 inch long, 7/8 inch diameter blade (1.5mm wall thickness). The saber is installed as RGB sound saber and features 11 blade colors and 3 sound fonts. The saber has swing sounds, Flash on Clash, blade lock up effect, and blaster bolt sound effects. The Makaze lightsaber is equipped with a 18650 Li-Ion battery. The hilt is equipped with a 2.1mm recharge port on the front face of the hilt (USB charging cord included).
The SaberMach Makaze lightsaber is an entry level saber designed for light to medium dueling only.
