Ox Works MJ lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Mara Jade lightsaber. Ox Works is offering the custom saber as an empty hilt that may accept electronics. The company released the MJ lightsaber hilt, a limited run, in July 2018.

The MJ lightsaber, an aluminum hilt with black accents, breaks down into multiple pieces. The blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (not included). A series of short, T-track grips encircle the emitter of the hilt. The horizontal grooved midsection has an inside diameter (ID) of 27mm. The ID of the lower grip section is 30mm. Two parallel rows of screws encircle the lower segmented grip section. The rivet-like screws give the hilt a rugged, industrial aesthetic. A Covertec wheel attaches to the lower part of the hilt.
