Although Plaques 4 Props states he can make any size plaque, commonly requested plaque sizes include:

In addition to the size, plaque design can be highly customized and personalized as well. Common plaque features include: a character image, descriptive text, spot for a signature.
Plaques 4 Props includes a small metal strip that allows you to prop up the plaque. All you need to do is bend the metal strip in the middle and attach the adhesive to the back of the plaque.
I really like the image selection and composition of the Rey lightsaber plaque. The muted blue tones of the Rey image complement the blue lightsaber blade color of the Graflex style lightsaber. The image then fades to the descriptive text portion of the plaque.
