Saberbay Chosen Victor lightsaber has been released. The custom saber features design elements that pay tribute to Original Trilogy and Prequel Trilogy hilts. Saberbay offers Chosen Victor, a limited run, as an empty hilt for display, cosplay, or DIY.
Appropriately named the “Chosen Victor”, the hilt is a winning custom saber design from Saberbay’s 2022 Saber Design Contest. Casey James created the original design while Jimmy’s Saber Junk engineered and developed the hilt exclusively for Saberbay. Saberbay launched Chosen Victor in early May 2023.

Chosen Victor is comprised of a machined aluminum hilt measuring 12.5 inches long with a 1 inch diameter blade holder. Accepts a speaker up 28mm in size (sold separately). Empty hilt weighs 15 oz.
Hilt features a mostly polished aluminum fish with matte black accents in the grip section and emitter section and an anodized gunmetal emitter shield. Also features polished brass accenting near the emitter and copper tubing. In addition to enhancing the design of the hilt, the copper tubing serve as wire passage for sabers configurations with a secondary switch.
Hilt features several nods to the classic Graflex lightsaber including: an s-curve emitter, emitter section pins, and a Graflex style clamp section complete with lever adorn the functioning, spring-loaded control box. Hilt also uses a functioning, spring-loaded bulb socket near the top of the hilt. A Original Trilogy style D-ring attaches to the lower part of the hilt. Saberbay offers two chassis options (sold separately): one with a crystal chamber and one without.
