The GeonObi lightsaber is comprised of a CNC machined aluminum hilt that measures 9.75 inches long and has an inside diameter (ID) of 28.6 mm. Blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (blade not included). The fully assembled hilt weighs about 10 ounces. Hilt features an overall brushed aluminum finish with a genuine polished brass collar, matte black anodized accents and anodized red switches. Red switches feature white powercoat accenting. Switch may serve as functional switch actuators that work with chassis designs that use built-in tactile switches.

Saberbay will offer a custom chassis for the hilt. Hilt kit includes two different emitter collars: an open collar (accepts blades) and static collar (for display purposes). Kit also includes a matching aluminum blade plug that may seat in the open collar. A black Covertec wheel attaches to the lower part of the hilt. Attach the wheel to a Covertec clip (sold separately) to wear the lightsaber as a belt hanger.

The hilt name GeonObi is a portmanteau of “Geonosis” and “Obi-Wan”. Hilt design is intended to be very screen accurate and is based on the references and dimensions of the actual prop auction listing.
