Shadowfoil Props Hangman lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber is inspired by the Nari lightsaber in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Hangman is available as an empty hilt (for display or DIY). Shadowfoil Props began accepting pre-orders on Hangman in mid-July 2022. The hilt, a limited run, features 90 aluminum units and 10 steel units.

Hangman is comprise of a CNC machined metal hilt in either aluminum (90 units) or steel (10 units). Hilt measures 275 mm long with a 1 inch diameter blade socket. Features a 28.5 mm inside diameter (ID) by 200 mm internal length. Hilt also features a 35 mm outside diameter (OD) at the control box area with a 37 mm OD at the grip section. Control box socket is 33×7 mm (compatible with Hangman PCD, which is sold separately).
The aluminum hilt is machined from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum with brass accents and anodized color accents. Aluminum hilt has an optional acrylic clamp card that may be used with the custom Hangman control box PCB (sold separately). Aluminum hilt includes a limited edition numbered steel name plaque (x/90) and a collector’s box.
Steel version of the hilt is machined from 303 stainless steel with brass and aluminum accents. The steel grip section and button on the hilt are powder coated. Steel hilt features aluminum greeblies, control box, and Covertec anodized to match. Steel hilt has an optional acrylic clamp card that may be used with the custom Hangman control box PCB (sold separately). Steel hilt includes a limited edition numbered steel name plaque (x/10) and a limited “Steel Edition” collector’s box.
