Brassiwan is comprised of a machined aluminum hilt with brass accents throughout. The hilt is breaks down into several threaded pieces. Brass pieces for the hilt include: thin neck, switch section (with pre-threaded switch hole for single 12mm momentary switch), and 7 vertical grips with brass screws for the lower grip section. Blade retention screw include. Hilt’s blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (not included).

After the initial release of the hilt, buyers notified Saber Foundry of an out of spec emitter on the Brassiwan hilt, which creates issues with blade connections and blade retention. Saber Foundry corrected the issue and sent replacement Brassiwan emitters to buyers.
