Tenth Brother Lightsabers in Star Wars Canon

The Tenth Brother lightsabers are a pair of two lightsaber shotos. Each lightsaber is comprised of a cylindrical hilt with a crescent-shaped handguard, a signature feature among many Inquisitor lightsabers. The two-toned hilt is mostly metallic silver with black accents. Each kyber crystal-equipped lightsaber shoto emits a single red blade.

Tenth Brother often wields the lightsaber shotos with a one-handed reverse grip style. The Inquisistor is a practitioner of Jar’Kai, a method of utilizing two lightsabers simultaneously in lightsaber combat.

Dibs and begins to question the Jedi Order’s power to maintain peace and stability in the galaxy. His frustrations culminate in an unsuccessful lightsaber duel with Mace Windu. Prosset dibs faces trial in front of the Jedi Council. After Windu requests mercy for Dibs, the Council confines Dibs to work in the Jedi Archives on Coruscant.

Eventually Prosset Dibs falls to the dark side of the Force and joins Inquisitorious, a group of fallen Jedi who serve the Empire as Jedi hunters. Dibs takes on the name the Tenth Brother and The Grand Inquisitor, the leader of Inquisitorious, oversees the Tenth Brother’s training.

Mission to Mon Cala and Death

Years later, Darth Vader selects the Tenth Brother, Sixth Brother, Ninth Sister and a squad of Purge Troopers to accompany him on mission to the planet Mon Cala. The group would search for a charismatic Jedi influencing the monarchy. The Inquisitors and Purge Troopers find Jedi Padawan Ferren Barr along with his six disciples. After eliminating five of Barr’s acolytes, the Inquisitors and Purge Troopers encounter Barr and Verla, his final surviving disciple.

Ferren Barr sense that the Purge Troopers are former clone troopers. Knowing that the Inquisitors are all fallen Jedi, Ferrar Barr insists aloud that a Jedi will always be Jedi. He uses his pursuasive reasoning along a mind trick in order to manipulate the clone troopers to “execute Order 66”. The Purge Troopers turn and fire on the Inquisitors. The Tenth Brother and the other Inquisitors scramble to block and deflect the blaster fire, but the Purge Troopers outnumber them. A blaster bolt strikes the Tenth Brother in the chest. The Tenth Brother drops one of his shoto lightsabers and falls to the ground.
